YOGA
What to Expect in a Private Yoga Session
Fully Customizable
My first priority when working with private Yoga clients is to gather full understanding of the clients reasons for pursuing one-on-one Yoga and any goals they might have for how this practice can support them in their daily life. Private Yoga sessions are heavily rooted in the physical movements of Yoga and pull inspiration from mobility training. This combination of movement practices can improve flexibility and increase strength to support healthy joints and optimal movement patterns. Each session will help the client progress their individual goals while simultaneously meeting them where they’re at on any given day, meaning the approach is flexible and always adaptable.
Holistic Approach
My approach to Private Yoga sessions will always keep the whole person in mind. Each session incorporates breathwork, mindfulness techniques and self massage, all of which are scientifically proven to regulate the nervous system and help relieve stress.
Science-Backed
I have extensive training in movement science and a passion for helping others increase their movement awareness. My goal is to support you in your pursuit of pain management, stress relief, injury prevention and/ or recovery. A private Yoga practice with me, will help you build habits to support long term health.

The Past Tense 200-Hr Teacher Training, led by Ellie Conrad (ERYT-500 and LMT) is designed for anyone who is ready to deepen their practice physically, mentally, and spiritually. We invite you to spend these 3 months cultivating a thoughtful relationship with yoga in an accessible format and with a supportive community.
This transformative program will deepen your personal yoga practice, help you tap into your inner power, build physical strength, and give you tools to move better, stress less, and live fully whether you want to teach or not. Together, and with the support of the Past Tense Teacher Training team, we will explore anatomy through the lens of asana, functional movement and mobility, pranayama and the bandhas, meditation, and yoga philosophy in relation to social justice.
